Is it possible to rostopic pub /blah std_msgs/Foo foo.yaml? Where foo.yaml is a yaml recorded like rostopic echo /blah > foo.yaml, or created manually?

rosbag is probably the solution, instead of yaml, but how about reading a rosbag with javascript?
